Return and Exchange

At Lenora, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Only sealed and unopened products are eligible for return or exchange.
  • To initiate a return, please send the item(s) to our return address via courier. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will dispatch the exchange item. This process typically takes up to 15 days.
